is the Founder & CEO of MS Group, a French company specialised in Energy trading (gas & electricity) and international business intermediation B-TO-B. Due to the Covid crisis and geopolitical tensions impacting the global energy market MS Group a start-up initially based on profit, now operates as an Import-Export company evolving towards a social entrepreneurship model through partnerships with NGOs such as the Impulse NGO Network: an International NGO which aims to combat human trafficking and create sustainable livelihoods in vulnerable areas through the empowerment of women. Prior to this Megane was working as the Marketing Manager for Access Distribution an affiliate with Total Energies Group. She was responsible for developing the commercial and marketing strategy of the start-up handling PR and Communications. She was responsible for sales and statistical analysis for new market developments. She worked on formalising the brand strategy internally and partnerships management. She was also responsible for the marketing and communication plan by defining the public image, sales and notoriety objectives of the company. Prior to this role Megane worked as a Sales Consultant in Renewables Energies with Total Energies Group, a French multi-energy company that produces and markets energies: oil and biofuels, natural gas and green gases, renewables, and electricity. She was responsible to energy sales and B to B Customer Development implementing contract and sales negotiation and contract conclusion. She also provided consultancy services doing analysis of sales and fluctuations in the global Electricity/Gas market. Megane also worked as the French Coordinator for an Erasmus+ Project on Activating Rural Areas Through Art in Kirksnove, Lithuania and as the Project Manager at Paragraph International, organising and promoting student exchanges across Europe, in accordance with the Erasmus+ international student exchange policies supported by the European Commission. Lastly Megane worked as the Logistics Operations Officer at SED Logistics in Charles De Gaulle Airport, managing control of the flow of goods and their storage, checking that the expected delivery times are respected and regulating the movement of goods to and from the company. Megane completed her Bachelor of Science in French Literature and Arts from Paul Valery University in Montpellier, France and completed her training in hydrocarbons and their impact on the environment, training in renewable energy/market economy with Total Energies. She has a deep interest in the arts, engineering and social entrepreneurship. She speaks French, English, Spanish and Russian.
