Daniel Semakula Serubidde is the Country Director of Generosity Impact Uganda, Worldview Impact’s affiliate in Uganda, and the organisation’s Legal Representative and Signatory. A youth activist, Daniel was part of the global youth campaign that successfully launched and popularised the youth employment agenda. He is recognised for a successful employment-creation campaign in Uganda, where he lobbied government and other partners to integrate youth employment into special work programmes, leading to the establishment of dedicated funds and initiatives. Daniel has been engaged in environmental protection and conservation since 2002. Environmental conservation was one of the “6Es” at the heart of the global youth campaign, and this experience shaped Generosity Impact Uganda’s commitment to climate-smart strategies for future economic growth. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an MSc in Project Management from Cavendish University, with further training in environmental protection and conservation.
